Shangri-La Yangzhou, the 35th hotel opened by Shangri-La Group in mainland China, commenced operations in December 2012. Located at No. 472 Wenchang West Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou, the hotel is adjacent to the International Conference and Exhibition Center. It is a five-minute drive from Yangzhou Railway Station, a 30-minute drive from Yangzhou Taizhou Airport, and a 90-minute drive from Nanjing Lukou Airport. Its operating entity, Kerry Properties (Yangzhou) Limited (Shangri-La Yangzhou), was established on August 10, 2012, and is currently led by General Manager Song Shanwen. Since 2013, the hotel has actively engaged in social welfare initiatives, providing support to the Chunlei Rehabilitation Center for Hearing-Impaired Children.

The hotel features 360 guestrooms and suites ranging from 40 to 200 square meters, offering views of Mingyue Lake and classic Chinese-style gardens. Its private garden, “Willow Garden” (Liu Yuan), offers *Hanfu* (traditional Chinese clothing) photography services. Leisure facilities include a health club equipped with a 25-meter indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and tennis courts. Dining options include Café Xiu (on the second floor), which serves an international buffet; Shang Palace, a Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisines (featuring 14 private dining rooms with Yangzhou-inspired design elements and views of the “Willow Garden”); and a ground-floor restaurant offering a full *yum cha* (morning tea) service. Banquet facilities comprise a 1,485-square-meter pillar-free ballroom and eight function rooms, capable of hosting cocktail receptions for up to 1,350 guests. In 2023, the hotel’s revenue showed signs of recovery compared to 2019 levels. Additionally, the hotel has launched experience concepts centered on traditional Yangzhou craftsmanship and introduced associated service brands.
